Barry Hoberman

Now an independent consultant, Barry has over 35 years of engineering and management experience in the semiconductor industry. He has been involved with MRAM for over 10 years, last as CEO and Chairman of Spin Transfer Technologies and as CMO at Crocus Technology. Prior to that he was founder and CEO at both inSilicon (acquired by Synopsys in 2002) and Virtual Silicon (acquired by Mosys in 2006), and also worked as a design engineer at Monolithic Memories and AMD. Barry holds a BSc from MIT.

Gilles Gaudin (Founder, Scientific Advisor)

Gilles Gaudin

Gilles Gaudin is a former graduate from Ecole Normale Supérieure Cachan, France and holds a PhD in Physics from Grenoble University. After a post doc at Technical University Delft (The Netherlands), Gilles joined Spintec laboratory as a research staff member. He is now a CNRS Research Director and runs Spintec’s « Advanced Devices » group. Gilles is one of the inventors of SOT and as such one of the founders of Antaios.
